Lecture given by Ms. Sheng Wei in Pima Community College
Ms. Sheng Wei, the group leader of the 2019 Overseas Exchange Students and vice dean of International School of WRC, gave a lecture entitled An Overview of the Development of China’s High-speed Railway in Pima Community College (PCC), U.S. on July 19, local time. The lecture was sponsored by Center for International Education and Global Engagement, PCC.
Ms. Sheng gave an detailed introduction to people’s way of traveling in China, the latest development of China’s high-speed railway and the great changes China’s high-speed railway has brought to people’s life based on a large number of pictures, video and data. She also share the history, schools and programs and achievements of international exchanges and cooperation of WRC as well as the contributions WRC had made to the development of China’s high-speed railway.
All our exchange students attended the lecture and interacted well with the American teachers present there, who were amazed at the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway in recent years. At the Q & A session, our exchange students and Ms. Sheng worked together to give answers to questions concerning high-speed railway by American teachers.
