China-Canada Vocational Education Exchange Meeting Was Held
China-Canada Vocational Education Exchange Meeting was held in our college on 4th November. Ms. Laurence Ha, Director of Professional Development Faculty of Nursing at University of Montreal, Ms. Xue Xinlan, Manager of Chinese projects attended the meeting. Other attendees from our college were Ms. Yu Hong, Dean of Medical and Nursing School, Ms. Dan Qiong, Lecturer of Medical and Nursing School, Ms. Liu Li, Director of Foreign Affairs Division and Ms. Sheng Wei, Vice Director of Foreign Affairs Division.
Ms. Liu Li extended warm welcome to the delegation and briefly introduced the international cooperation and exchange of WRC. Ms. Yu Hong, gave an introduction of professional characteristics, faculty and college-enterprise cooperation of Medical and Nursing School and expected to push forward substantive cooperation between the two parties. Ms. Laurence Ha expressed sincere thanks to WRC and hoped more in-depth exchanges of nursing programs could be carried out in coming days through the exchange meeting.
Both parties reached a preliminary agreement on nursing faculty development and cooperation mode after free communication and discussion.
The delegation visited the related nursing practical training bases after the meeting.
